I've made these at Christmas and they are GOOD.
You know I love a good printable! This inexpensive watercolor flag printable can be downloaded and printed at home in minutes.
It's is an easy way to add some red white and blue without spending much money:
You seriously can't go wrong with these -- I use the same frames for my seasonal printables around the house and just change them up.
Make your own festive garland with paper and this easy tutorial from Nest of Posies:
So cute! Star craft punches would make an adorable garland too!
For our porch this year, I threw a festive wreath together using the grapevine wreath I use over and over again and some sparkly stars from the craft store:
And then hung these cute red, white and blue pinwheels from nails on the beam that spans our front porch:
So cute and so easy! The pinwheels are paper, but I think they'll be protected enough from the elements.
The Baby Bump Diaries

It would be fun to make lawn games for the kids with these -- try "star Twister" and put them in the Twister design on the lawn. Or place them in lines for a throwing game with corn hole bags. Fun!
Here's another simple printable Landee See, Landee Do that could stay up all year round:
Here are a couple of my easy projects as well! These mason jar flag lanterns are so easy to throw together!:
And this DIY flag pillow is one of my favorite seasonal hacks ever:
